We ship your order with DHL or Deutsche Post. In individual cases we reserve the right to hire another transport company.

Our shipping promise for you - order from Monday to Friday by 2 p.m. and we will dispatch your order the same day!
How long does the delivery take?
You will receive your goods within Germany in 1-3 working days after we have received the order.

Yes, please state the address of the desired packing station when placing your order.
Do not forget:
- Registration with DHL required.www.packstation.de
- Post number in the additional address
- “Packstation” as a street
- Specify the packing station number as the house number
